Orbital Finishing

A non-directional orbital finish on stainless steel sheet metal is often required for machine casings e.g. in the food industry. These parts can then be mounted to the machine frame, independent of the direction of grinding. It also makes it easier to repair any damage with hand tools after assembling.

Our special orbital tools in a diameter of 250mm combined with the oscillating TD unit offer a high-quality through-feed solution for orbital finishing (patent pending). The same machine can be used for deburring and edge rounding  by simply changing the tools.
