General
The BeltMaster KD300 is equipped with an abrasive belt unit and a disc unit. The abrasive belt unit can be used for deburring or finish grinding. The eccentric adjustment of the sanding drum allows the use of thicker nylon abrasive belts for fine finishing. The large disc with 400mm diameter and plenty of abrasive stock achieves a strong edge rounding. The KD 300 can be used with both units together or with only one unit at a time.

The BeltMaster KD 300 is equipped as standard with motorised thickness adjustment, digital display and infinitely variable adjustment of abrasive belt speed, disc rotation and feed speed. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with vacuum transport belt or magnets.

Options
Rotating cleaning brush
The rotating brush cleans the conveyor belt from below on the outfeed side.
Vacuum feed belt
For better transport of small work pieces without holes.
Quick-fix tool connector
The quick-fix tool connector allows for speedier changing of discs when switching between steel and stainless steel.
Magnetic track
A permanant magnetic track is located below the feed belt for holding down smaller steel parts. This is recommended especially when using OxideDiscs.
Dust extraction unit
Loewer offers a range of dust extraction units for removing harmful abrasive dust. Depending on the application at hand, these are available for wet or dry processing.

LOEWER D – Rotating Disc without Oscillation
The workpiece is placed on a feed belt and passes under the rotating disc which works from the top. The disc diameter is larger than the width of the feed belt, thus allowing the workpiece to be processed from two directions, left to right and right to left.
