Deburring small parts

Small parts pose a challenge for every deburring machine. In particular small parts with holes made of stainless steel or aluminium cannot be held down either with a vacuum system or magnets. When processing with grinding belt units there is the added danger that shooting parts could damage the expensive contact drum or other machine components.

Small parts are often processed by barrel grinding. This will round the edges but will not remove burrs or spatter. The LOEWER disc technology however will do both. It is the comprehensive solution for deburring and edge rounding small parts. Even very small stainless steel parts with a diameter from 20 mm and holes in the centre can be processed.
