General
The DiscMaster 3D is equipped with an three-sided oscillating disc unit. The discs are equipped with Smartflex finger abrasives which are soft and flexible and create very little heat. Due to the large contact zone, the grinding intensity is still high, thus ensuring intensive processing. The DiscMaster 3D is ideal for deburring, edge rounding or surface roughening and is especially suited for aluminium frames or 3D punched parts.

Dust Extraction Unit
Loewer offers a range of dust extraction units for removing harmful abrasive dust. Depending on the application at hand, they are available for wet or dry processing.
Conveyor Tables
When processing longer work pieces it is helpful to use conveyor tables. Loewer offers a wide range of tables which are available in different lengths and widths. As an optional extra it is possible to link the feed speed to that of the machine.

LOEWER DO – Rotating Discs with Small Oscillation Stroke
The discs oscillate with a small stroke, preferably a little bigger than the disc diameter. The workpiece is processedevenly from all angles and directions. In order to achieve an even wear of all discs the workpieces must be placed evenly on the feed belt.
