Deburring

When cutting sheet metal burrs usually appear. Depending on the cutting process used these can vary from severe to rather light. Punched parts can  be deburred using a brush tool only. However this will lead to edge rounding at the same time. Laser- or plasma-cut parts often have a higher burr which means that a more agressive tool is needed to remove them. This in turn leaves a sharp secondary burr which subsequently has to be rounded. LOEWER offers a wide range of solutions for deburring precision-cut parts as well as 3D punched parts.
